1. Salary Component: In the "Salary Component" section of the module, you can control the essential elements of employee compensation, including both earnings and deductions. This includes components like basic salary, allowances, and various deductions.

2. Salary Group: In the "Salary Group" section of the module, you can create groups of components based on different employee roles or levels within your organization and assign these specific groups to individual employees.

3. Salary TDS: In the "Salary TDS" section of the module, you can manage TDS deductions in accordance with income tax regulations.

4. Employee Salary: In the 'Employee Salary' section of the module, you have the ability to control the compensation of each employee, including any increases or decreases in compensation. 

5. Salary Slips: In the 'Salary Slips' section of the module, you can easily generate pay slips for employees for the selected month, providing a comprehensive overview of their earnings, deductions, and additional details. Additionally, you can efficiently manage the status and tracking of these pay slips. There is also a download pay slip option is also there.
