Book Appointment

Welcome to our easy-to-use appointment booking module of the OnAppoint plugin. We've designed this system to make scheduling an appointment a breeze.
Here's a step-by-step guide on how to book your appointment:

Step 1: Select Your Service

• Start by browsing through the list of available services. Only active services will be displayed.
• Choose the service that best suits your needs and click on it to select.

Step 2: Choose Your Employee

• Once you've selected a service, click the Next Employee button.
• You'll see a list of employees who are qualified to provide the service you selected.
• Pick your preferred employee from the list by clicking on their name.

Step 3: Pick a Date and Time

• Click the Next Date and Time button.
• You'll be presented with a monthly calendar.
• Select the date on which you'd like to make your appointment by simply clicking on it.
• After selecting a date, On the right side of the calendar, you'll see a list of available time slots for the date you choose.
• Click on the time slot that works best for you. If a slot is already full, it won't be selectable.

Step 4: Fill Out Your Details

• Click the Next button to proceed to the final step.
• You'll be presented with a form to fill out your details.
• Make sure to complete all the mandatory fields, such as your name, contact information, dob, gender, male, address, and any specific notes.

Step 6: Book Your Appointment

• After you've filled out the form, click on the "Book Appointment" button.
• You'll receive a confirmation of your appointment booking on the screen.

Step 7: Confirmation Email

• Shortly after booking your appointment, you will receive an email confirming all the details of your appointment, including the service, date, time, and the employee you selected.
