Introduction
Welcome to the Service Management section of our OnAppoint plugin, where you can efficiently organize, customize, search for services, and change the status of a service with a simple click. This feature simplifies the process of adding, editing, deleting services, and quickly locating specific services, making it easier to adapt your offerings to your clients' needs.
Let's explore the key functionalities and how to use them:

Add New Service
To add a new service,
- Click on the Add Service option.
- Fill in the following details:
- Title: Enter the name of your service.
- Slug: This is a unique identifier for your service.
- Parent: Select whether this service is a parent service or a child service. Parent services can have child service associated with them.
- Status: Choose whether the service is "Active" or "Inactive" by simply clicking on the status.
- Description: Provide a brief description of the service.
- If the service is not an independent service (i.e., a sub-service), you can set the price here.


Editing a Service
To edit an existing service,
- Hover over the service you want to edit.
- Navigate to the Title tab and click on Edit. This will open a popup with two tabs: General and Time.
(Note: If you are editing a parent service, the Time tab will not be displayed.)
- In the General tab within the edit service section, you can configure various service fields, including:
Title, Slug, Parent, Status, Price and Description. - In the Time tab within the edit service section, you can define various time-related parameters, such as:
- Duration: Define the length of the service.
- Padding time: Set the time gap between appointments.
- Minimum Booking Time: Determine the minimum time required to book this service.
- Minimum Cancellation Time: Determine how much time is required to cancel a booking.


Deleting a Service
To remove a service,
- Hover over the service you want to delete.
- Click on the Delete option.
(Note: If you have selected a parent service, an additional checkbox will appear, asking if you want to delete its children services as well.) - After clicking Delete, a confirmation popup will appear
- In the confirmation popup, verify that you indeed want to delete the service.
- Click Confirm to complete the deletion process.
If you want to delete a parent service, the following popup will appear.

If you want to delete a child service, the following popup will appear.
