Introduction
The Booking Details DataTable displays essential information about customer appointments, making it easy to manage and view appointments at a glance.
It includes the following columns:
- Booking ID: A unique identifier for each booking.
- Service Title: The title of the service that the customer has booked.
- Appointment Time: The time of the appointment.
- Appointment Date: The date of the appointment.
- Status: Indicates whether the appointment is "Pending" or "Completed".
- Employee: The name of the employee providing the service.
- Action: This column contains icons for actions that can be performed on the appointment.
Actions in the Action Column:
- Reschedule: If the appointment status is Pending, a Reschedule option is displayed in the Action column. This allows customers to change the date and time of their appointment.
- Cancel: If you've enabled client appointment cancellations in the general settings and the appointment status is pending or approved then a Cancel option will be available in the Action column. Customers can use this to cancel their appointments if they need to.
- Detailed Information:
In the first column, you'll find a Details icon. When clicked, it opens a window displaying comprehensive information about the appointment. This information includes:
Booking ID, Appointment Time, Appointment Date, Status, Employee's Contact Information.

This Booking Details DataTable provides a user-friendly and efficient way to manage customer appointments. Customers can reschedule or cancel appointments when applicable, and the detailed information view ensures transparency and easy access to important appointment details.
