Introduction
Welcome to the Holiday Setting section of our OnAppoint plugin. In this feature-rich area, you can effortlessly manage your holiday schedule and make it easier for both you and your clients to plan appointments. Let's explore each of these options:
- Full 12-Month Calendar Display:
Gain a comprehensive overview of your holiday schedule for the entire year. This visual representation allows you to plan and communicate your non-working days effectively.

- Add Holiday:
Designate specific dates as holidays when you won't be available for appointments. Adding holidays ensures that your clients are informed of your non-working days and helps you avoid scheduling conflicts.
When you click on any date on which you want to set a holiday, a popover will be opened. Add the holiday by entering the Holiday’s Name, and if you want that holiday to repeat every Year, then just select the checkbox Repeat Every Year.

- Edit Holiday:
Modify existing holiday entries when plans change. You can update holiday names or any relevant details, ensuring your schedule remains accurate and up-to-date.
If you want to edit holidays, click on existing holidays and it will open a popover with the details. You can also update the details and later on, save it accordingly.

- Delete Holiday:
Remove holidays that are no longer applicable or needed. This feature keeps your calendar free from outdated information, streamlining your appointment scheduling process.
If you want to delete an existing holiday, click on the existing holiday and it will open a popover with the “Delete” button. When you click on the Delete button, it will delete the holiday from the calendar.

- Select Range of Holidays:
Simplify the process of marking multiple consecutive holidays. Specify a range of dates as holidays, making it convenient to indicate extended periods of unavailability, such as vacations or office closures.
Employee Side
- The features are the same as described earlier, but if an employee tries to mark a day as a holiday that's already recognized as a company holiday, they won't be able to do so. In other words, company holidays cannot be changed by individual employees.
