- Notification Types:
Customize notifications for various appointment statuses, such as pending, approved, canceled, rejected, and completed. Tailor the messaging to match each stage of the appointment process, ensuring that all clients and employees are informed in a relevant and timely manner.
- Send Notification:
Flexibility is key. Decide whether you want to send notifications for specific events, allowing you to streamline communication based on your business needs. Turn on for yes and Turn off for no.
- Different Notifications for Clients and Employees:
Recognize the unique needs of your clients and employees by configuring separate notifications for each group. This empowers you to deliver personalized information and ensures that each audience receives the most relevant updates.
- Dynamic Placeholders:
Make your notifications truly personal by using dynamic placeholders that automatically fill in essential details, such as customer details, company information, employee details, and service details. These placeholders ensure that every message is customized to the recipient and context.
You can place a placeholder by setting your cursor at the desired location and clicking on the appropriate placeholder option.
