Introduction
The Subscription Module lets users easily manage active plans, payments, and billing records. It simplifies plan upgrades, renewals, and invoice downloads, providing a clear and centralized view of all subscription-related information.
Centralized Billing:
View complete subscription history, including plan name, payment date, expiry, and status.Invoice Download:

How to navigate billing page
- The Profile Image or Name of logged in user in shown in the header near the notification icon.
Click on the Profile image or Name to open the dropdown menu.
From the dropdown, select Billing.
You will then be redirected to the Billing page.

How to upgrade plan
- Click the Upgrade Plan button to open the Upgrade Plan page.
- All available plans are displayed with a toggle to switch between Monthly and Annual billing.
- Review each plan’s price, employee limit, storage, and features.
- Select a billing type and the plan details will update automatically.
- Click the Renew button to extend your current plan if your plan is set to auto renew then this button will not be visible.
- The Upgrade Form will open, allowing you to select plan duration and payment method.
- The form includes an Auto Renew toggle; if you select auto renew option then not select plan duration it will automatically renew plan when it will expires.
- When entering through the Renew button, the options “Keep using current plan” and “Switch to new plan” are not shown in form (they appear only during upgrades).
- To upgrade or purchase a new plan, click the Payment button under the desired plan.
- In the Upgrade Form, select a payment method and enter the plan duration or enable Auto Renew.
- Click Update to continue.
- If your current plan has Auto Renew enabled, a confirmation popup will appear.
- After confirming, you will be redirected to the payment gateway to complete the transaction.
- Once payment is successful, you will be redirected to the Billing Page to view your payment summary and download your invoice.
- A confirmation email will also be sent with full plan and payment details.
